PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
JOB SPECIFICATION
Part time accounts assistant required for busy TV production company.
Duties to include the following:
Sales Ledger:
• Preparation of sales invoices
• Posting sales ledger cash receipts
Purchase Ledger:
• Posting purchase invoices
• Making payments to suppliers
• Posting payments to purchase ledger
• Supplier reconciliations
Cashbook:
• Post all non sales and purchase ledger payments
• Bank reconciliations
Petty Cash:
• Monitoring of all cash floats
• Reconciliation of floats and posting transactions
